The School of Hotel Management, in collaboration with the International Cell, successfully organized an online guest lecture on “Career in Airline Catering Services” on April 23, 2026. The session was delivered by Chef Manish Chandra, Corporate Chef and Account Development Manager at MBRF, Dubai, UAE.

The lecture provided valuable insights into career opportunities in airline catering services, industry expectations, and professional growth pathways. Students gained a deeper understanding of the sector and were guided on building successful careers in this specialized field of hospitality.
